3.2 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the courier. However, we will assist in filing claims where possible.

4.1 Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and customized jewellery are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
4.2 For eligible returns, customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty products.
